Learn Egyptian Reiki 9 ~ self sessions

I tried to be as accommodating to the process as I could be, lying in a darkened room, having a candle burning with a pleasing aroma, no one else in the house to distract me, anything to try and relax. My relaxation was more to compensate for my own anxiety of attempting this. I really wasn’t sure what to expect or what would be expected of me.  

Tara spent time explaining how I should begin, talking with me about what the Egyptian Reiki 9 experience means and how it can affect people. I listened to her, doing as she instructed to the best of my ability finding the more, I listened the more I could feel… something.

I relaxed, keeping my hands positioned as I had been told and just let it happen.

 I had no idea what I was feeling, even now it’s still hard to explain but it was as real of a sensation as any I have ever felt. I laid on my bed letting the energy run its course, as Tara explained it move through me, I actually was able to feel it moving as my hands moved quite slowly across my body.

Normally lying flat on my back is very uncomfortable for me, especially for any length of time so for me to be able to lay flat for almost two hours was mind-blowing. When I was able to sit up, I would have guessed maybe half an hour had passed and was shocked to see it had been almost two hours.

I believe Egyptian Reiki 9 self-session classes are something everyone should try. Tara is amazing and the way she speaks about what you're feeling, and guiding you through the experience is incredible. 

I will be performing Egyptian Reiki 9 self-healing sessions as often as possible and if Tara and I are ever in the same town I will schedule an appointment to see her in person.
